一、丽水简介

    丽水学院坐落在浙江省丽水市。丽水市位于浙江省西南部，是首批国家生态示范区，先后获评国家森林城市、中国气候养生之乡、中国天然氧吧城市、中国优秀旅游城市、国际休闲养生城市等，享有“中国生态第一市”的美誉。全市总面积17300 平方公里，陆域面积占浙江省六分之一，为浙江省面积最大的地级市，下辖9个县（市、区）。

I.About Lishui City

Lishui University is located in Lishui City, in the southwestern part of Zhejiang Province. Lishui is one of the first national ecological demonstration zones and has been recognized as a National Forest city , Hometown of Climate Wellness in China, Natural Oxygen Bar City, China Excellent Tourist City, and International Leisure & Wellness City,  earning the reputation as the“First Ecological City in China”. Covering a total area of 17,300 square kilometers—accounting for one sixth of Zhejiang’s land area—it is the largest prefecture-level city in the province. 

Lishui boasts a long-standing history and rich cultural heritage. As a famous historical and cultural city of Zhejiang Province and the first prefecture-level city in China designated as a “Hometown of Folk Art”, it abounds in historical and cultural relics. The world-renowned Longquan Celadon, Longquan Sword and Qingtian Stone Carving are celebrated as the “Three Treasures of Lishui”. The city is home to three UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity items (Longquan Celadon, Qingyuan Wooden Arch Bridges, and Suichang's Spring Ploughing Ceremony) and 21 national-level intangible cultural heritage projects. The region preserves numerous historical sites, traditional ancient villages, and millennia-old water conservancy projects, blending natural elegance with profound cultural depth.

In recent years, Lishui has focused on chain-based and cluster-oriented development, prioritizing two trillion-yuan industrial clusters in high-end equipment and new energy/new materials, while cultivating three 100-billion-yuan clusters in fashion and light industry, specialty semiconductors, and traditional Chinese medicine and health. Additionally, the city is developing ten 10-billion-yuan specialty industrial chains. These initiatives provide a broad platform for urban innovation and talent development.

二、学校概况

    丽水学院是一所具有硕士学位授予权的公办全日制高等院校，已有百年办学历史。

    学校现有2个校区，分别位于莲都区和松阳县，校园占地面积1661.3亩。设有人文学院、教师教育学院、人工智能学院、材料与能源工程学院、工学院、农业与生物技术学院、医学院、商学院（华侨学院）、中国青瓷学院、音乐学院、马克思主义学院、国际学院、工程师学院（职业技术学院、创业学院）、继续教育学院等14个教学机构以及第一临床医学院（附属第一医院），全日制在校生16000余人，教职工1360余人。

    学校是一所综合性、应用型大学。学科涵盖法学、经济学、教育学、文学、理学、工学、农学、医学、管理学、艺术学、交叉学科等11大门类。现有47个本科专业。2021年获批硕士学位授予单位，现有教育、农业、护理、会计、材料与化工、机械、体育、口腔医学、旅游管理、资源与环境、音乐等11个专业学位硕士点。

II. About Lishui University

Lishui University is a public, full-time institution authorized to confer bachelor’s & master's degrees, with a history spanning over a century.

The university operates two campuses in Liandu District and Songyang County, covering approximately 110.75 hectares. It comprises 14 academic schools, including the College of Humanities, College of Teacher Education, College of Artificial Intelligence, College of Materials and Energy Engineering, College of Engineering, College of Agriculture and Biotechnology, School of Medicine, School of Business, College of Chinese Celadon, College of Music, School of Marxism, International College, and College of Continuing Education. The university enrolls more than 16,000 full-time students and is supported by over 1,360 faculty and staff.

As a comprehensive and application-oriented university, Lishui University offers programs across 11 academic disciplines. It currently offers 47 undergraduate programs,  and 11 master’s degrees in fields such as Agriculture, Nursing, Accounting, Materials and Chemical Engineering, Resources and Environment, and Tourism Management.

三、招生目录

说明：

1. 上述全英文授课专业及预科（语言）项目最低成班人数为10人，未达成班人数则不予开班，学生可选择转入相近专业就读。

2. 研究生中文授课专业若未达成班人数，不单独开班，学生将纳入国内同级学生共同培养。

III. Programs

Notes:
1. The minimum enrollment for the above-mentioned English-taught programs and the preparatory (language) program is 10 students. If this number is not met, the program will be canceled, and students may choose to transfer to a related major.

2. If the minimum class size for Chinese-taught postgraduate programs is not met, a separate class will not be offered. Instead, students will be integrated into classes with domestic students at the same academic level.

四、申请期限

2026年秋季学期申请时间为：2026年3月15日至2026年9月10日。

（注：已获得录取资格的申请人，须按缴费通知要求在指定期限内缴纳申请费及预交学费。）

IV. Application Time

Application for the 2026 Fall Semester is open is from March 15, 2026, to September 10, 2026.

五、基本费用组成

说明：

1. 报名费一经缴纳，无论录取结果如何均不退还。若学生签证申请被拒（需提供官方拒签证明）或未完成注册前退学，可申请全额退还预交学费。

2. 住宿费标准以实际安排的房型为准，其中二人间3500元/床/年，四人间1750元/床/年。

3. 被学校录取的学生一律按年缴费。其中，保险费、住宿费须在入境后学生体检合格之日起三日内缴清。学生一经注册，学期中途转学或退学，学费原则上不予退还，住宿费可按实际住宿情况酌情退费。

4. 预科（语言）项目学生不享受奖学金。学历学生须完成年度缴费后方可申请各类奖学金。

5. 根据中国教育部规定，来华留学生必须按年购买中国大陆境内的来华留学生综合保险，未按时购买符合要求的综合医疗保险的学生，学校将不予注册。

V.  Fees 

Notes:

1. The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, no matter applicants get admitted or not. A full refund of prepaid tuition may be requested if a visa application is rejected (with documented proof of rejection) or if withdrawal occurs prior to registration.

2. Accommodation fees are based on the actual room type assigned: RMB 3,500 per bed/year for a double room, and RMB 1,750 per bed/year for a quadruple room.

3. Admitted students are required to pay fees on an annual basis. Insurance and accommodation fees must be settled within 3 days of the student's entry into China and passing the required medical examination. Once registered, tuition is generally non-refundable for mid-semester transfers or withdrawals. Accommodation fees may be  partially refunded based on the actual duration of stay.

4. Preparatory (Language) program students are not eligible for scholarships. Degree students must complete the annual payment before applying for any scholarships. 

4. In accordance with the regulations of the Chinese Ministry of Education, international students in China are required to purchase a comprehensive medical insurance for international students in Mainland China annually. Students who fail to do so on time will not be permitted to register. 

六、申请资格

丽水学院国际学生招生实行申请审核制，将根据申请者的成绩及其他资质证明材料进行综合评定。

（一）基本条件

申请学历项目或预科（语言）项目的学生，须同时满足以下要求：

1. 非中国国籍且身体健康；

2. 年龄18岁或以上；

3. 品行端正且无犯罪记录；

4. 具备承担在华学习生活费用的经济能力；

5. 语言要求：

（1）英文授课项目：非英语母语者需提供IELTS 5.5分、TOEFL 65分、多邻国100分及以上成绩或同等水平证明；若无证书，可提交2分钟以上英文自我介绍视频或参加线上语言测试/面试。

（2）中文授课项目：需提供HSK四级或以上等级证书。

VI. Eligibility

Lishui University adopts an application-review system for international student admissions, under which a comprehensive evaluation is conducted based on the applicants' academic records and other qualification documents.

A. Basic Requirements

1. Non-Chinese citizen with a valid passport and in good health.

2. Age 18 or above.

3. Non-criminal Record.

4. Have the financial ability to cover the expenses of studying and living in China.

5. Language requirements:

(1) For English-taught programs: Non-native English speakers should provide a TOEFL(≥65) / IELTS (≥5.5 ) / Duolingo (≥100) report, or other proof of English proficiency. Applicants without a test score may submit a self-introductory video in English (over 2 minutes) or participate in an online language test/interview.
(2) For Chinese-taught programs: A valid HSK Level 4 or higher certificate is required.

B. Specific Requirements

Note: Grade references (e.g., C, D) are based on a standard A–F grading scale.

七、申请材料

1. 有效期一年以上的护照个人信息页扫描件；如有既往中国签证记录，须一并提供签证页扫描件；

2. 学历证明文件：高中毕业证书（本科申请者）或学士学位证书（研究生申请者）。上述证书须同时提交中文或英文公证件；

3. 成绩单：本科申请者须提供高中成绩单及相当于大学入学考试的各科考试成绩单；研究生申请者须提供本科阶段的成绩单。上述材料须同时提交中文或英文公证件；

4. 语言能力证明：英语授课专业申请者须提供TOEFL或IELTS成绩证明或其他能体现英语水平的材料（官方语言为英语者除外）；中文授课专业申请者须提供HSK证书；

5. 丽水学院入学申请表（官网下载）；

6. 近3个月内出具的体检证明；

7. 经济能力证明：不低于35,000元人民币的银行存款证明及近6个月银行流水；

8. 近6个月内拍摄的个人证件照（白底，二寸）；

9. 近3个月内开具的无犯罪记录证明；

10. 个人申请视频（本人出境，可半身或全身拍摄，可手机拍摄，时长2-3分钟，中英文陈述皆可，建议配英文字幕）。

VII. Application Documents

1. A scanned copy of the passport's personal information page (valid for at least one year). If applicants have previous Chinese visa records, please also provide scanned copies of those visa pages.

2. Academic qualification documents: High school certificate (for bachelor's applicants) or bachelor's degree certificate (for master’s applicants). The above certificates must be submitted along with notarized Chinese or English translations.

3. Academic transcripts: High school transcripts (for bachelor's applicants) or undergraduate transcripts (for master's applicants). The above transcripts must be submitted along with notarized Chinese or English translations.

4. Language proficiency proof: Applicants for English-taught programs must provide TOEFL or IELTS scores, or other materials demonstrating English proficiency (except for those whose official language is English); Applicants for Chinese-taught programs must provide an HSK certificate.

5. Completed Lishui University Application Form (download from the official website).

6. Medical examination certificate issued within the last three months.

7. Financial capacity proof: A bank deposit certificate of no less than RMB 35,000 and corresponding bank statements from the last six months.

8. A personal ID photo taken within the last six months (white background, two-inch).

9. A Non-Criminal report issued within the last three months.

10. A Personal application video (the applicant must appear in the video; half-body or full-body shots are accepted; can be recorded on a mobile phone; duration: 2-3 minutes; statement can be in Chinese or English; English subtitles are recommended).  

八、录取流程和通知

1. 申请者通过学校招生网站提交报名材料；

2. 国际学院完成材料初审；

3. 初审通过者，由国际学院录入教育部来华留学审核系统，等待系统审核结果；

4. 研究生申请由相关专业学院进行复审；

5. 学校根据申请人的学术成绩、语言水平、综合背景及面试表现（如适用）等因素择优录取；

6. 录取者须在规定时间内确认接受录取；

7. 录取者须在规定时间内将报名费400元和预缴学费（学历项目9000元人民币/预科语言项目14000元人民币）缴纳至学校指定帐户；汇款时务必准确注明申请学生的护照号码及姓名。

8. 学校确认收款后，由国际学院向省教育厅为录取者申请JW202表。

VIII.  Admission Process and Notification

1. Applicants submit all application materials through the university's admissions website.

2. The International College completes the preliminary review of applications.

3. Applicants who pass the preliminary review will have their information entered into the Ministry of Education's online verification system by the International College.

4. Master program applications will undergo a further review by the relevant academic college.

5. The university will select candidates based on a comprehensive evaluation of their academic performance, language proficiency, overall background, and interview performance (if applicable).

6. Admitted students must confirm their acceptance of the offer within the specified time.

7. Admitted students must pay the RMB 400 application fee and the prepaid tuition (RMB 9,000 for degree programs / RMB 14,000 for preparatory/language programs) into the university's designated bank account by the deadline. The applicant's passport number and full name must be accurately indicated on the remittance.

8. Upon payment confirmation, the International College will apply for the JW202 form for the admitted student from the Provincial Department of Education.

九、报到注册

1. 被录取学生须严格按照录取通知书上规定的时间来校报到注册。报到时须核验毕业证书、成绩单、语言水平成绩证明、无犯罪记录证明等材料原件。材料不全或造假者将被取消入学资格；

2. 入学体检若发现学生患有《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》《学校卫生工作条例》中规定的、不适宜在华集体生活或就学的疾病（包括但不限于严重传染性疾病、严重精神障碍等），或体检结果不符合中国留学签证及居留许可签发要求的，学校将无法为其办理注册，相关责任及费用由学生自行承担；

3. 报到日期以录取通知书为准。

IX. Registration

1. Admitted students must register on campus strictly within the time specified in the Admission Notice. Original documents including the graduation certificate, academic transcripts, language proficiency certificate, and Non-Criminal report must be presented for verification upon registration. Incomplete or fraudulent documents will result in cancellation of admission.  

2. If the medical examination reveals a disease stipulated by Chinese laws that renders the student unsuitable for collective living or study (including but not limited to severe infectious diseases, serious mental disorders, etc.), or if the medical examination results do not meet visa/residence permit requirements, the university will be unable to complete the registration. All related responsibilities and costs shall be borne solely by the student.

3. The registration date is as specified on the Admission Notice.

十一、住宿安排

1. 被录取学生原则上第一学年须入住校内公寓；

2. 学校提供二人间、四人间公寓，不设单人间或家庭房；

3. 公寓内配备床、桌椅、书柜、空调、热水、无线网络等基本生活设施。

XI. Accommodation

1. In principle, admitted students are required to reside in on-campus apartments during their first academic year.

2. The university offers double and quadruple rooms. Single rooms or family apartments are not available.

3. Rooms are equipped with basic living amenities, including beds, desks, chairs, bookcases, air conditioning, water heater, and wireless internet access.
